Oh my goodness! Please be praying for the people of North and South Dakota who are enduring a early blizzard. My family who live there are stunned by how much snow fell, and how fast. It is too soon for this type of storm and many were not prepared. It's so sad.

The Mancub and I have traveled to Legoland for a Fall break and luckily a sample of the Heat Holders arrived just as we were leaving.

This is something that I would test while snowboarding or out on a winter hike, but no need to wait with this weather!

Here is the MOM: Mobile On-Site Mamography. Sure, tis a bit silly to think the boob smasher comes rolling up into town and you go inside for a pinch and a poke. But that's life, isn't it?

The weather in Arizona is finally changing for the cooler and I couldn't be happier! Alas, it does bring about a dryer than normal dryness to the atmosphere.

So, what's a gal to do to keep hair soft and full instead of dry and brittle?  Add a deep conditioner once or twice a week.  I'm using the red bottles from John Frieda called Full Repair hydrate+rescue.
