Conquering Cultural Stress with Dr Murad

Thursday. Where did the week go? Wow. Where did the month of April go?

Life moves pretty fast.
I just finished reading the new book by Dr Howard Murad called Conquering Cultural Stress: The Ultimate Guide to Anti-Aging and Happiness.

I've read the book and really enjoy the practical steps to change. I'm a "1,2,3 steps" kinda girl, so the book is easy to follow in my opinion.

My most favorite thing that Dr Murad said in the book is about water and the myth that you need to drink 10 glasses a day to stay or become hydrated. I live in the desert, I need to drink a lot of water-but-as Dr Murad says in the book, the best water for cell hydration comes from eating the water, not drinking it. Eat your water in cucumbers, watermelon, even roast chicken for maximum cell hydration impact!
