Hi ya Gorgeous,
It's Tuesday, but it feels like a Monday due to the holiday. So rise and shine! Up and at it!
I will be traveling to L.A. Live for my third, ...must be a charm...visit to the Ipsy sponsored Generation Beauty event.
So stinkin' excited! This is the first time that I will be able to attend both days. So stoked! So bummed there is not a YouTube space L.A. party this year.
I know that I will be picking up a super fat swag bag of new beauty products, but-the real question is: what are the top ten items that will be making the trip with me?
See this photo, this is the bare bones minimum that I will be taking with me.
So let's go through it!
Here are the top ten...
Ok, the joke is on me. If you look at the photo, there is definitely more than ten items in the picture. Every time I pack to go anywhere, it's a struggle to scale down my antique vanity case from Samsonite that I take with me everywhere!
Now let's talk some makeup and skincare! My basic go to face for the Generation Beauty event is one of understated muted tones. Why? Because at the Generation Beauty event, with so many brands there, I am going to have 3-4 different looks applied by the end of the day. That's just to my face! Hair and nails too!
So I will be prepping my skin with my "skinscription" from Rita at the El Segundo Murad Spa. On the right side of the photo you can see I'm using a mix of Resurgence and Age Delay.
I'm loving Sheena Sujan lashes. I really love the Billy's Blues navy mascara that is water resistant-so with the humidity of LA Live-my mascara won't run or smudge.
Then I've got a mix of Smashbox and Too Faced with the new Fuzzy Navel lip gloss from Mally and see that wee sample of Benefit Cosmetics Hello Flawless from the Ulta 21 Days of Beauty spring edition? It's so amazing. I hope Benefit Cosmetics is at Generation Beauty this year-I've got some questions!
Remember: you are beautiful! Thank you for visiting the blog and check back for promotions and beauty giveaways!

Here is my best attempt at a small case and not having ziploc bags full of product stuffed in every nook and cranny of my suit case filled with "just in case" items.
I am definitely taking my trio of Dry Bar dry shampoo, shine spray and hairspray. The humidity of Los Angeles makes my hair wavier than ever and trying to straighten it is a mute point!
Then, the Sally Hansen leg makeup-look, if you don't own this, you need to. Even if you have tanned toned legs-you still want to have this quick fix on hand, and I promise, it does not smudge or run!
I am packing The Lauren B. Beauty nail perfecter polish just in case- I plan to get my nails done before I go-but, if something happens, this is a one coat answer to a perfect natural nail.
The Acne Free Drying lotion is because let's face it, Los Angeles and Las Vegas give me a pimple, every time!
Oh, and that scent, the large jewel topped pink bottle Versace Bright Crystal fragrance is a light, summery, floral perfume. I'm so in love with it!

I also have some brow powder and face powder from Shiseido, a Whish deoderant wipe and then some much needed eye drops!
That is my "top ten" list of beauty products going in the travel case to Generation Beauty in Los Angeles. How about you? Are you going? If yes, what are your top ten beauty items?
