Hi ya Gorgeous,
Woo hoo ...almost there to Christmas and Hanukkah! If you still need a thing or two for a beauty lover on your gift list, consider a piece or two from Merle Norman Cosmetics. This brand is old skool.
So old skool that when I was in high school, my fellow cheerleader worked at a Merle Norman studio in town and after school I would go see her and let her do my makeup. Many a look and product was tested on my teenage face as my friend learned how to do makeup.
Funny, that years later I would lean towards work in the makeup industry.
Makeup University recently received two samples of eye shadow sticks from Merle Norman. I used them on my trip to Tucson for the Joe Bonamassa concert which was beyond amazing.
The Merle Norman creme eyeshadow sticks in Toast and Moss are amazing. At first a bit firm and hard to apply, but I switched to warming it up on my hand first with a few swirls and then went back to applying the product directly to my eye lid.
The color is beautiful and the wear was long without creasing or fading. I only wish I could find these on the Merle Norman website to link you to them! I'm not sure how much they cost - but, no need to take my word for it, you can find a Merle Norman studio near you by visiting the website here
Have fun this holiday season and remember to make some great memories!
