My Monday Celery Juice recipe

Hi ya Gorgeous!
Oh happy day! I love Mondays. I get so much accomplished on a Monday!
Including a new recipe for my celery juice regimen. I've been doing celery juice almost everyday for about 2 weeks now. I have noticed some health benefits and the goal is to help lower my blood pressure using food versus a medication.

I make plain celery juice and sometimes I add apple, lemon, garlic or ginger.  I use my fancy unicorn cup to sip it and I guess the total amount to be about 2 cups, maybe a little more some days and maybe a little less on others. I use my Vitamix to create a thin juice - meaning it runs a little bit longer to really moosh everything together.

I really wonder what the sudden craze to drink celery juice is doing to the production market of celery? How has a sudden demand for celery going to meet out over time?

Will celery become the new gold? It's health benefits surely are worth their weight in gold!

Celery is rich in vitamin A, magnesium, and iron, which all help to nourish the blood. Celery juice is also rich in organic sodium content, meaning it has the ability to dislodge calcium deposits from the joints and hold them in solution until they can be eliminated safely from the kidneys and by boosting digestion, lemon water also reduced the load of the liver. Celery JuiceCelery is rich in vitamins and iron, making is a great tonic for the liver. The nutrients protect the liver and researchers have found that when treated with celery extract, liver cells produced liver enzymes that flush toxins.
