How To Use TUKUOS Dry Brush/Wet Brush for Healthy Holiday Season

This can be used wet or dry. In the shower and bath or just for dry brush massage. I am adding dry brushing to my weekly self care regimen to increase circulation, decrease stress and provide lymph node system stimulation and drainage. 

 

Dry brushing can be a soothing, stress-relieving ritual that eases tension in the body. I have read two different theories - to brush towards the heart - or - brush away. I'm brushing toxins and stress away from my heart.

Where did the year 2021 go? 

There are now just 31 days left in 2021. 24 til Christmas eve!

 This year took a decade to pass. Or so it feels? Now that there are 31 days and counting, when would now be a good time to pick up a good book? I was sent this copy of The Red Menace: How Lipstick Changed the Face of American History and I really enjoyed the read. I like beauty history and how cosmetics shaped women, the view of them in society and how they feel they see themselves.

I'm a strong proponent of a lipstick has the power to change your day, change your mood, even change your life. A bold red lip can make a gal feel confident. 

Like Bourjois, the 1863 cosmetics company founded in Paris France. This vintage lipstick, Ashes of Roses by Bourjois is mentioned in the book. 

What is your go to red lipstick? Mine is Charlotte Tilbury Red Carpet.

Christmas time is a perfect time for a beautiful shade of red lipstick. Remember to pick up a copy of the book and some red lipstick to  read in!
