 I love Avon fragrances and this one created for any man of any age is a spicy warm masculine scent!

You can get some for your grad or Dad by contacting a local Avon lady, ordering off the main AVON website or ebay. I wore it for a full day-and if it smells good on me, it's going to smell great on you!

Derek Jeter Driven by Avon is a Aromatic Fougere fragrance for men. Derek Jeter Driven was launched in 2006.

 Top notes are spices, grapefruit and oakmoss; middle notes are lavender, rhubarb, mint and cardamom; base notes are musk and bamboo. This perfume is the winner of award FiFi Award Best Packaging Men`s Popular Appeal 2007.

Hello Gorgeous! One of the best things you can do for your self and your mind is read over the summer! It's peaceful and keeps the brain wheels greased. Plus, when you take time to read, so will your kids! I really enjoyed this book and it makes a great travel read for long flights, boat rides or even a camel ride! I like adventure and I think you will too! Targets of Opportunity by Jeffrey S. Stephens The character Jordan Sandor is right up there with Clive Cussler's Dirk Pitt. The story was highly entertaining and one of those stories that you have a hard time putting down. All of the references to modern day weaponry, espionage, globe trotting capabilities to those that can, are right on target. Loyalty to friends and commrades, subjection to the higher authority whether a good guy or a bad guy and following orders make Sandor a guy you want to like and root for to make the day. The locations for setting of the story were exciting and very possible, so much a ring of truth. The places mentioned in the book were romantic, thrilling and historical. Location research was well done to make us visualize the scene and smell the smells associated with beach fronts, markets, and pubs. I recommend the book '' Targets of Opportunity'' to those who like action packed thrillers with a high level of danger and intrigue. Any book reader who reads some of the authors who specialize in adventure, action, high tech bad guys, even higher tech good guys will enjoy this read. Hello Gorgeous! Okay-this has got to be one of the best and unique products I have tried lately.

 The Murad Sooth Skin, Lip and Cuticle Care is part pen, part lip balm, part cuticle oil and all amazing. Now, as you know, I'm not one to read instructions. So I open the box, pull out the pen, crank it a few times to get the ooze flowing.

I use the applicator to apply it, then pop the cap on and use the rubber slant tip nubby to massage the balm in to my lips. I do this several times across several days.

I love the results, my lips and the dry cracks from too much sun are filled in and my lip stick is wearing better.

After several days of this routine and enjoying it I visit the Murad website to get the photo and write this blog post. That's when I see the instructions that the rubber slant tip nubby is for pushing your cuticles back after having applied the balm!

Well, to each her own and whatever works, works! It retails for about $15.00 and some online websites have it for less and some beauty stores have it for more-buy where you feel comfortable.

Oh gorgeous! Oh the horror
In this photo you can see the remains of two beautiful samples that were sent to the blog  from Barney's for their summer events.

A soft and whimsy long tunic and sheer cover which would be just perfect to pull over you swimsuit and walk off the beach and into the resort restaurant for dinner and drinks!

The other is a D.L. & Co. Thorn Apple candle-which is the most luxurious scented candle-in  a beautiful black holder. It's heavy and looks, feels, smells wonderful. Oh I wonder how amazing it would be if it were lit?

I will never know because the Arizona heat killed my samples while in transit from New York. I'm guessing the heat from being offloaded from the plane, onto a Fed Ex truck then driven out to my house in the east valley just melted the candle into the dress.

The D.L. & Co candle has such a high concentration of organic oils to scent the candle that the oils are stained into the fabric along with the wax being melted into the textile.

Oh the horror-if you know of any way to save this, please tell me! Yes,the dress is literally  melted into the candle holder.

The packaging is rich and beautiful-and I'm so sad I didn't get to test and experience this product better
