REsolve Tuesday: Let's take stock & inventory

Hi ya Gorgeous!



Happy Tuesday! Oh how Las Vegas is so much fun and yet, so full of fitness! Today I'm doing a wee running event, and it's so good to be laced up into my sneakers and on the road.

I haven't run in a race in over 2 years - it's been one thing after another. But! This year, 2019 and as 5779 is ending, I am determined to finish the era well. It's just a wee 4K - get it, for NAB and 4K technology? Though for me, those 2.49 miles will be a triumph! I'm so ready to run!  I'm currently doing an 9 minute mile. There was a time I averaged a 5:39 mile. Oh to fall so far behind.


No need to be sad - just need to keep moving. A mini marathon today - and a half in 2 months. Let's do this!

Monday Mashup - GRWM for NAB & More

Happy Monday to you! Oh it's going to be a fun adventure and work filled start to the week and I'm so excited for it!

I'm leaving, quite literally, now, for Las Vegas for the National Association of Broadcasters show. NAB for short. It's a good time with lots to learn and a chance to see some old friends and make some new.
