One week to go til Thanksgiving! I'm so excited! I have to work this Thanksgiving which sucks in one way, but is a blessing in another because I need the income. So I won't be traveling this year (Could anything really match up to last year's epic event?) nor will I be making a huge smoked meat meal like last year either.

I'm doing a very simple, traditional turkey dinner based on a turkey tenderloin this year the night before I leave.
