Booya! Another successful, wonderful, fun filled Thanksgiving holiday weekend is behind us and now bring on the Christmas cheer!

It's Fall and time to try new things-like this natural deoderant from JASON. Oh happy day and vacation time for my family! It's not blistering hot here in Arizona as it used to be so it's safe to wear a natural product. I have tried some in July- and there just isn't much can stand up to 115 degree heat.

Summer is coming though wonderfully and oddly enough, the past two days in Arizona, the greater Phoenix area that is, has been cloudy! Oh the joy of partly sunny skies! I actually ran extra miles yesterday and today because it was cool and the cloud cover just made for a great run.
