Revlon ColorStay Brow Fiber Filler - 1st Impression

 Hi ya Gorgeous! 

Well - here we go again! Testing a "water proof" and "wear proof" brow product! I bought this at the Walmart for roughly $10. It was $8.97 plus tax. I have worn it - and washed my face - and will update Instagram with what happened!
