Hi ya Gorgeous!
I love when I get to try a new product and it wows me. Like, literally takes me by surprise by it's performance, on the good end, not the bad.
Special thank you to Tamara Hight of Lovelylashes.club for introducing me to Younique Moodstruck 3D Fiber Lashes!
I have included a video of me demonstrating the product-you can see it work!
Let's begin! Step 1) clean eyes, just brows on so anything you see is the 3D fiber effect and nothing else!
Step 2) In the photo, the eye on the left-(which is my right eye...but let's work from the left side of the photo) I have applied one coat of the Younique Moodstruck Transplanting Gel.
It's main ingredient is Beeswax. Not mineral oil! Personally, this black gel could be worn alone in my opinion.
Step 3) I have applied the Younique moddstruck Natural Fibers over the Transplanting Gel. Directions say to work from the middle of the lash up and focus on the tips and outside edges of the eye for added flare.
Step 4) The eye on the left side of the photo has on one coat of Transplant Gel and one coat of Fiber. What do you think?
Next, I am going to try doing the Younique Moodstruck 3D Fiber Lashes with my normal mascara as a base before applying the Transplanting Gel and Fibers. I am currently using L'Oreal Manga mascara in black. That's the pink lid you see in the photo. I have one coat of the mascara on the RIGHT eye in the pic.
Oops, I'm a wee messy with the wand and I have gotten some Transplanting Gel on the upper lash line. This photo shows one coat of Transplanting Gel over one coat of mascara.
Time for 3D fibers! This photo below shows the right eye with a coat of mascara, a coat of Transplanting Gel and one coat of 3D Fiber. What do you think? Which eye is better/bigger lashes?
Compare the eyes: both have been styled with Younique Moodstruck 3D Fiber Lashes. I like both looks, and think going forward I would skip the step of adding my regular mascara. There is a small difference in lash size, but I think for time sake getting ready-I could skip this step!
Thank you SO much to Tamara Hight for introducing me to Younique. She is right, the product really does add an amazing length and thickness to the lashes. It washes off easily. There is a wee bit of learning curve to apply the product. The first time, I put too much on and they fell in my eyes for a bit of irritation. No worries, I just rinsed my eyes with Visine and all was better!
I love the effect of the product. The packaging is beautiful and you get the 2 products for $29.00 - less than department store brands!

Transplanting Gel Ingredients: Water, Beeswax (Natural Propolis), Carnauba (Brazilian palm glue), Iron Oxide Cl 77499 (Black), Collagen, Acrylates Copolymer, Nylon, Stearic Acid, Propylene Glycol. .23 FL OZ / 7 ml
Natural Fibers Ingredients: 100% Natural Fibers taken from Green Tea. Net WT .02 OZ/ .5g.
Collagen is a type of protein that works with elastin to give skin its texture, structure, and appearance. It contains antioxidants, and may help add volume and shine to the appearance of eyelashes.
Water (Aqua) is the liquid of life! Hydrates and cleanses the skin, and works as a natural spreading component, helping to distribute other ingredients evenly over the skin.
Beeswax (Natural Propolis) is a brownish, resinous material collected by bees and believed to have antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties.
Carnauba (Brazilian Palm Glue) is extracted and refined through a pressing and crushing process that turns the palm glue into an oil, creating the sticky nature of the transplanting gel. It is also believed to act as a natural preservative.
Iron Oxide Cl 77499 (Black) is a technical name for Black Iron Oxide. This naturally-occurring mineral acts a colorant, giving the gel its striking black color.
Acrylates Copolymer is an adhesive and binder, as well as a suspending agent.
Nylon is a powder substance that is used as an absorbent and thickening agent.
Stearic Acid (also known as Palmitic Acid) is an organic nutrient derived from palm trees that is often used to soothe and soften the skin.
Propylene Glycol is a humidifying and delivery ingredient.
