#Tuesday helpful hint for health! #highbloodpressure #stress #4thquarter

Hi ya Gorgeous!
Happy Tuesday and almost end of the month to you.

I have a helpful healthy hint for you today! Personally, I have A LOT of stress right now. If it's not one thing - it's another.

It's 4th quarter and the busy retail season online. It's so many things. If you, like me, have been feeling some high blood pressure symptoms such as the head ache that won't go away, the sound of blood rushing in your ears, and anxiety is turned up to 11 - try some fresh grapefruit juice.

From the webmd: Studies have shown that eating grapefruit every day can lower systolic blood pressure by as much as five points.

This may be due to grapefruit's high levels of potassium, which neutralize the negative effects of sodium (a common cause of hypertension). Walking, adding the grapefruit juice and some deep breath work is helping me manage stress and I share now in case it can help you too! Thank you for watching!

Walmart multi-mask pack Christmas stocking stuffer follow up video

HI ya Gorgeous,

Just a quick heads up to follow up on this product that I made a video on a week ago.
I was SO excited to find single packet masks in a variety pack for such a good price, $2.70 at Walmart. I was thinking this would be so perfect for the skincare and beauty lover to get as a gift in their Christmas stocking!

Well, possibly it would be. BUT - you have to know - 6 of the masks are wash off gel masks and only 1 is a peel off mask. Is the quality good? Yes. Is the variety good? No. I was expecting a 2 peel offs, 2 clay and then 3 gel.

I still think it's a good value as a small gift for the beauty lover in your circle of friends and family. I wanted to come back on and let you know that if you are looking for variety - this is not it.

If you want a real variety pack - try this Freeman set from Amazon https://amzn.to/3E4jtqE

Did you know that there are 68 days left til Christmas?  It's why I am starting my Christmas posts and holiday gift idea lists now!

I have a few things to share with you - that are faves going into Christmas. Now if you have not heard that there could be some supply chain issues for getting toys and goodies for Christmas - just a heads up, there could be some challenges with all of the ships sitting off the shoreline.

If you want something for a Christmas gift - or a Hanukkah gift - get it today so you don't get caught short!

These are some faves I'm gifting this season:

Now, about PiggyPaint SOPHi gel polish - this stuff wore and wore and wore like crazy! Through all of my typing, my busy gardening and my server shift on a busy Saturday night!  There are some chips and wear along the edges though it's not that bad for being on a natural nail. The baked on with a hair dryer hand wore off faster than the NOT heated and baked on with a hair dryer! This video shows you the results:

Holiday Beauty Shopping: Piggy Paint SOPHi nail polishes for natural nails long lasting diy manicures

Hi ya Gorgeous!

Happy October - half way through it! What did I tell you? What, did I tell you? The time flies so fast!
Today I have a video demo review of a natural nail polish from Piggy Paint in SOPHi.

Watch the demo and test then please check back in a few days as I update how the manicure has held up.

More importantly, if you have a beauty lover in the family who likes doing nails, the time to start buying your gifts was weeks ago. It's like the saying about planting trees "the best time to plant a tree was 20 years ago. The second best time to plant a tree is today". In the current state of things being 2020 weird in 2021, buy your gifts now. So many news stations are talking about supply chains and supply shortages and there is no time better than the present to take care of business.

For your Christmas, Hanukkah and Kwanzaa shopping - think Piggy Paint SOPHi!

This video is a live demonstration of the Piggy Paint Sophi natural non toxic nail polish that says it will last on a natural nail - similar - to a gel manicure. Personally - I love a long lasting gel or dip powder manicure.

But!

I do not like the time involved or cost. In my experience, the gel and dip powder manicures take time to apply, and I have to go back to the nail salon to have it removed - and I pay both times. Yes, those manicures on natural nails last for weeks.

This product, the duo set of primer/top coat and color are promised to last on a natural nail when you cure it with the heat of a blow dryer. I have painted one hand, the left, with the blow dryer heat and you will see that in the video.

My right hand, is painted with OUT the heat. It's October 13 - I have high hopes that this manicure on both hands will make it to Sunday October 17th without any chipping or wear. If that happens, I"m sold! I think if you are a home diy manicure person, in general, you will love this product for it's commitment to non-toxic polish. As a person who has short patience for a desire to have pretty nail.  This product is made in the USA.

I'm waiting to see what happens. Don't wait for me to share - do your own test on the product using this link to Amazon prime: https://amzn.to/3FJEZma (*affiliate link*)

Let me know your experience with this product and thoughts on the colors and wear!
