How to prepare hair for a busy sunny summer swimming season: Prepoo For Hair

I slather up my scalp with about a teaspoon and smoosh it in my hair, then cover with a cap and go to bed!

 I do put a towel down over my pillow to keep the oil from getting on my bedding.

Pre-Shampoo - Prior To Shampoo
1. Warm in hot water or a microwave.
2. Apply to dry hair from the roots to the ends.
3. Massage scalp for 2 mins.
4. Cover hair with a plastic cap, then a towel or hair wrap.
5. Naturally DRY to NORMAL Hair: leave on for 30 mins to overnight. Naturally OILY Hair: leave on for 15-30 mins.
TIP: Short on time, sit under hair dryer for 15 mins.
6 - Rinse thoroughly and shampoo twice.

Spot Treatment for Bald Spots / Thin Areas - Apply a few drops to the area and massage. Repeat every other day.
