Every gift list has a giftee that leaves you stumped, and new moms are certainly no exception. You may think giving her something her new bundle of joy can wear or play with will be a helpful present, but she's already had a baby shower and all she really wants is some "me-time." To save you from grabbing a Starbucks gift card at the last minute, we found five gift ideas that any new mama will love and appreciate.

Hello Gorgeous!
Oh I pray you have a wonderful Christmas eve filled with loved ones and family traditions! I'm ready-as ready as I am going to be for the best celebration ever of Jesus Christ being born!

I also have some final beauty product gift ideas for you-for yourself! To give something special to you-especially the single momma!

First, Intensive Eye -these are perfect for travel and removing makeup on the go when you have to switch

up your makeup when leaving work and going out to a party afterwards!  The purple anti-aging Intensive eye is my favorite though the oil free eye makeup remover pads are not so bad. I found that they weren't as juicy as I would prefer. Buy online, or at Albertson's, Bed Bath and Beyond or the Piggly Wiggly for around $10.

Second, I am so loving the Clairol Pro 4Plex Smooth Daily Shampoo and Leave in Balm

Pro 4Plex SMOOTH Daily Shampoo Pro 4Plex SMOOTH Leave-In Balm

I have traveled with these two products and have used it in humidity and extreme altitude and dry weather. Both situations, plus mixed with running and snow games, my hair held up it's smooth sleek blow out. I did use a shine serum after and set it all with hairspray, but overall, I have had a great experience.  I did experience some flyaways and static electricity in my hair, but I think it was the dry air. These products can be found online and in salons, between $6-$10.

Third: Baby Foot -Easy Pack- a simple way to soften feet
I have played with my sample and loved it as an at home spa treatment for my feet while I did a mask on my hair and face. It's simple, fun and great great results! Treatment is $25.00

Baby Foot

What is Baby Foot?

 Hello Sweet Gorgeous!
Oh it's almost Christmas! So why the shaving story when it should be about
presents, or egg nog and baking or you name it.  Because I love sharing a good thing!

I honestly would wait til spring to shave my legs but the hair keeps getting stuck on my wool socks and pulling in succession with every step I take. So, when I received this sample of Somersets shave oil it was a sign from the universe to get a winter shave in. I'm so impressed, it's such a lovely and light oil I'm stunned I never thought of shaving with oil before.

Enough of my blathering, below is some information on the product and best yet a bit from the website about how to get the best shave. A .5 oz bottle is $6.99, 1.2 oz bottle is $14.99 on www.drugstore.com, remember to only use 4-5 drops! Enjoy!

SOMERSETS WOMEN'S EXTRASENSITIVE SHAVING OIL

You'll be amazed at how your razor glides over your skin, for a close shave without nicks or razor burn.

With continued use this unique formulation of natural oils will soften the hair, moisturize your skin and leave you feeling refreshed and silky smooth.

Ingredients: Hybrid vegetable Oil, Menthol , Fragrance, Aloe Vera, French Lavender Oil , Sandalwood Oil, Evening Primrose Oil, Sweet Almond Oil, Safflower Oil, Grapefruit OIl, Tea Tree Oil, Corianda Oil, Palmarosa Oil, Rosemary OIl, Ylang Ylang, Chilean Rosehip Seed Oil.

Dragging a razor-sharp blade across the skin is bound to make anyone a little uncomfortable. Which is why mankind invented shaving products to ease the pain and irritation.
But aerosol creams and other solutions, while somewhat effective, also contain chemicals that damage the environment—not to mention your skin.
Somersets is a blend of 100% natural ingredients derived from plants, whose essential oils lubricate and soothe the skin. For a cleaner, smoother, more invigorating shave. Without harming the environment—or you.
Shaving with Somersets
1By lubricating your blade, Somersets will prolong its life. But you should still replace it after four or five uses since the sharper the blade, the closer the shave.
2Start with a gentle face scrub to exfoliate, open pores and prime the hair follicles for shaving.
3Squeeze a few drops of Somersets (in most cases three will do the trick) into the palm of your hand and massage into your beard.
4Shave as you normally would, using gentle strokes and
minimal pressure on the blade.
5We recommend Somersets post-shave balm or moisturiser
to calm any irritation, balance your skin's moisture content and
prevent in-grown hairs or clogged pores.
6For an even closer shave, use very light pressure with the
grain, then re-apply Somersets and shave against the grain.
