Hello Gorgeous!
I hope this finds you having an awesome and amazing summer day!
If you follow anything music-you know that the CMA Awards were this week and Miranda Lambert won for 'The House That Built Me'.
She has amazing skin and with all her travel I wonder what she uses?
I have a product suggestion that just might be a favorite of hers, because I know it is one of mine!

The Boscia line of skin care has clarity and texture down to a simple science!
The black peel mask is a surefire way for any bride to get her skin photo ready. In the summer heat the Boscia mask can also help retexturize for smoothness.
Now, the line came out with a pore strip similiar to the kind you see in the drugstore and mass retailers.
The best thing about the Boscia pore strips is they are easier to travel with and are certainly TSA approved for flight travel.
I wore mine the recommended 15 minutes and it peeled off evenly and provided a good exfoliation without pulling off a layer of skin.
I like mine, so why don't you get yours? Visit http://www.bosciaskincare.com/ to find a retailer near you!

Then, for those of you who are in the Nashville TN area, why not make it out to the fan fest and ask Miranda Lambert yourself what she uses to take care of her amazing skin! http://www.cmaworld.com/cma-music-festival/index

Well hello and happy weekend my friends! The Mancub and I had a busy Saturday morning testing the black luminizing mask from Boscia. It may look funky, but it's actually quite lovely.

Now, as it started, Mancub was watching the dvd of Nanny McPhee in preparation for going to the theatre to see the second installment of Nanny McPhee-what I really want to know, is the prequel of Nanny McPhee. I have questions: like how did she get those hairy moles and bulbous nose? You know, when I say mole or think mole it always reminds me of the Austin Powers movie scene where he can't help himself but tease the young agent about his large chin mole. Okay, back to Boscia.
Naturally, what ever I am doing, my lil' Treasure Bupkus wants to do too and that is how he ended up putting on some Boscia luminizing black mask.

It is designed to be a peel off mask so it goes on wet, sticky and a touch tacky in the application. Using a fan brush to apply this would be better than fingers so it can be worked into the skin better, but I"m on a time schedule here to get this sampled and the story written before I am off to my Sebamed gig at Costco!

I applied it, Noah applied it, and then we continued to clean up the house a bit; or I should say that I cleaned and he "sorted" his Legos which means he sat and played when he needed to be cleaning!
The pulling off part is always a bit funky? I have at times applied a peel off really thickly and with enough time allotted to dry it can come off in a large chunk.

Alas that is not what happened in this test; in fact I am pretty sure that I did not apply it thick enough!

My ever presetn helper next to the Holy Spirit is my mancub and boy if that isn't professional spa help, what is? He is intrigued with pulling it off.

It pulled off clean, left no residue and my skin feels great. I think I'm looking like a skin care saleslady today!
Some notes about the Boscia luminizing black mask: it's main function is to boost skin clarity and radian by minimizing hyper pigmentation.

  • It uses these key ingredients:
  • calcium Montmorillonite Clay from France which contains 67 minerals that pull toxins from the skin
  • -maritime pine park extract from maritime trees
  • vitamin C
  • witch hazel
  • rosemary leaf extract
  • and eucalyptus extract

Yes, I liked the product and can recommend it to brides getting ready for photos, teenagers going back to school and basically anyone wanting to have an at home spa experience. :) Enjoy it!
