Fresh daily beauty byte for you! Enjoy! Especially if you need help with your hair. I do. I love it when I come out of the salon and it's been washed and styled professionally.

CLEAN YOUR BRUSHES, SPONGES, TOOLS! In humid weather your skin produces more oil, gets a wee bit more shiny and can result in your applying more powder.
To take good care of your makeup tools: wash in warm water, use a soap or shampoo, get a good lather and rinse til the water is clear and no longer the color of the last product put on the brush.
Dry sideways so the water doesn't run down into the metal band that holds the fibers together which could destroy the adhesive.
When they are completely dry, shake and fluff into shape!
As for the puff you carry in your compact: I'm not a fan of these, I prefer a retractable brush, but if you use it; consider buying a multi-pack at the drugstore and switch it out often with washing in between. The cleaner your tool, the less breakdown in integrity of your product, the fewer pimples and risk of contamination or infection.
Hooray for science! Enjoy the daily beauty byte, pass on the feedback as you get it.
