I love to celebrate the Indpendence Day with food and fireworks! Woo hoo! Though, it's so hot...and the fireworks shows start so late...that this year, the annual meat'fest will commence on the grill, and then we shall be enjoying the show from afar. Or actually, up close to the television in the air conditioning comfort of my home.
Alas...a big shindig will have to wait for next year.
