Turns out a process called glycation is the culprit behind those dreaded wrinkles. Learn more about what you can do to stop it now

Skin Care Alert: Sugar Really Does Cause Wrinkles
This is a TotalBeauty.com skin care article
We all know sugar is a health and fitness no-no. But it turns out your sugar consumption can have a direct affect on the health of your skin -- and not in a good way. Through a process known as glycation, sugar molecules bind to proteins in the skin to create free-radicals (similar to those caused by sun exposure), which lead to inflammation that breaks down collagen and elastin. The result? Wrinkles. Luckily, there are a few simple changes you can make in your diet and skin care routine to combat the negative effects of sugar. See what you can do to stop glycation now.

Hello Gorgeous!
I just learned that there is an entire rage over hot cloth cleansers. I am glad to be in the know now.
Yep, and it is worth all the rage too! I have used the Soap & Glory The FabPOre Hot cloth Cleanser which is a 3 in 1 cleanser for the past few days.
It's perfect for scouring off thick sunscreen that has had makeup layered on top of it. The box contains a 3.3 oz cleanser as well as a muslin  face cloth.

First, rinse face.
Second, rub a thick 'splodge' of cleanser between finger tips and rub in small circles all over the area that needs cleansing.
Third, saturate the muslin cloth in hot water and press into face and gently wipe off the cleanser.

Wah lah! Super clean skin appears and in my case, some pesky black heads are gone!
