Hello Gorgeous!
Welcome to the Makeup University week of encouraging words and support for all of the gals dealing with any level of bullying.
You met the lovely Miss Arin Segal, the writer of http://ateenview.com who is currently in high school and has some great words of wisdom for fellow high school ladies!

"We all have those moments. Feeling like there is nothing left for us to do, wondering why we are even alive. Be it from peer pressure, bullies or just our conscience the life of a teenage girl can be tricky. What I have found as a teenager navigating the lovely world of high school is to use music and sports as an outlet. If you had a bad day or just want to get out some energy, blast a positive song like “Keep Your Head Up” by Andy Grammer and hit the gym for an hour. You leave feeling refreshed, accomplished and with some extra energy. Don’t sit on the couch with depressing music or TV eating away your feelings and NEVER feel like you aren’t worth it."
