Here are my “before” and current pics. My weight was at 177 pounds and I was wearing size 16 when I began in Feb 2010. Why would I post these pictures that I didn’t even want my husband to see? Because I want to connect with you.
I want you to see that I know what it is like to be out of shape. I know what it’s like to find nothing in my closet that fits or looks good on me. I know what it is like to feel hopeless. I know what it is like to say every night “tomorrow I will eat healthy and workout” only to find myself going around the mountain yet again doing the exact same thing- eating for emotional reasons and feeling too tired to workout. Crying when no one was around because I was so desperate for help.
So far I’ve lost 37 pounds and 38 inches. I currently weigh 140 and wear a size 8. I am still on my fitness journey. I began exercising with The Brazil Butt Lift Workout. I am not at my goal yet. I am now beginning P90X which I am crazy excited about! What I love about Beachbody is the support they offer keeps me on track with my fitness goals. Having someone there to help you through the hard times makes all the difference. That’s what the Beachbody coaching oportunity is about. You don’t have to be a fitness expert, you just need a heart to help people! I am so thankful to God for answering my prayers and giving me strength and direction to finally stop the horrible cycle of eating for the wrong reasons and finally being consistent on getting the exercise that I need. I’m not perfect but even the small steps add up.
My heart is to reach out to others just like you, many of us are so busy we neglect our selves. This is why I became a Beachbody coach.
