What is your body telling you?

Hello Gorgeous,
I really enjoy the lifestyle format of the blog because it gives me a broader platform of products to experience and review. I was recently sent a sample of this book "Turn It Up!" by Ron Eckerman, the tour manager for the legendary southern rock band Lynyrd Skynrd.

I read and enjoyed stepping backstage with the author and his day to day duties of wrangling the band which at times seemed like herding cats. There are so many explosive personalities that were charged part by pure talent and part by drugs and alcohol.

This is a quick and easy read that gives a snippet in time account of what life was like for the band on the road.

I enjoyed it and think it makes a great stocking stuffer gift for holiday giving. I found it listed on Amazon.com for $9.95 and Kindle edition is available. So check it out and 'turn it up'!

Turn It Up!

Lynyrd Skynyrd was the definition of Southern Rock. The iconic band, the American Rolling Stones, lasted only four years under the leadership of Ronnie Van Zant. Ron Eckerman was with them the last two of those years, and had a unique view of the band's meteoric rise from 2500 seat venues to performances in front of 500,000 fans. Meet these unlikely rock stars and experience life on the road as the group rips its way across the USA. The road life is revealed from a unique point of view, as well as the effects on personal lives and tragedy of the untimely plane crash.
