Hello Gorgeous!
It's Super Bowl Sunday! Woot woot! Time to get your game face on! Or at least your game lashes!
I'm out there-and let's just say, it's busy and a traffic nightmare!
I bought this Rimmel Scandal Eyes Rockin' Curves mascara on a whim because I love mascara. And when will I learn that I do not really like Rimmel for their mascaras? I haven't found one yet that I really truly like and will buy again.
So let's meet it!
I bought this at the Walmart for $6. I did have a coupon so my total purchase price is $5. Not bad. Wish I liked it!
Rimmel says that the "broken heart" brush will lift and curl, define lashes while giving volume through the mascara formulation. That is not the experience I had. The broken heart brush is perfect for the right eye and really awkward for the left.
I felt like even after three coats that I did not get the fullness that I like. I'm a fan of the fake eyelash/doll lash mascaras, so maybe I just chose the wrong formulation?
It does take a bit of work to remove it and I used my Bifacil eye makeup remover to get my lashes clean. If there is one thing about me, I'm super picky and fanatical about getting every trace of makeup off, every time I put some on!
So for those of you considering this, sure-if you have a coupon and are not a big, full, feathery lash likin' kind of gal.
Remember: you are beautiful! Thank you for visiting the blog and check back for promotions and beauty giveaways!

Here is what the Rimmel website has to say:
Say goodbye to quiet lashes!
Our first broken heart-shaped brush creates a fringe of big, curvy, rockin’ lashes. This cleverly-shaped applicator twists and curves to hug the lash line; the thin tip grabs hard-to-reach inner lashes, while the amplified base pulses lashes with incredible volume and curve. Lashes are plumped and lifted in one clean stroke.
No clumps!

And...that's a wrap. One thing that I do really like about this product is how the bottle feels like a snake skin texture. It's the little things in life.
How about you? Have you tried this product? Do you have a Rimmel mascara you like?
