StartUp PHX Challenge fueling Downtown Phoenix growth by bringing the best and brightest new start up companies to the heart of the city’s growing entrepreneurial epicenter  
PHOENIX (February 18, 2015)-One winning startup company will win six months of free office space at 111 W. Monroe to celebrate Phoenix’s first annual Phoenix Startup Week.  Applicants are encouraged to apply for the StartUp PHX Challenge before the March 1st deadline for an opportunity to share a building with elite tenants like Uber, Cannon Design and Mornin' Moonshine. The winning tenant will be selected and announced in late March.

As part of Phoenix Startup Week, the StartUp PHX Challenge is looking for the best and brightest startups seeking a place to grow. The winner will call 111 W. Monroe their new home with a fully-furnished 1,200 square foot office space featuring panoramic city and mountain views from the 12th floor in Downtown Phoenix. In addition to six free months office space, complete office furniture will be provided by Goodman’s Interior Structures, another Phoenix-based company passionate about doing good and fueling growth.
A flurry of trendsetting businesses have taken up operations at 111 W. Monroe Street in Downtown Phoenix, which has quickly become the epicenter for a growing entrepreneurial ecosystem that is attracting creative and entrepreneurial companies in niche sectors like design, technology, and culinary arts—and the building wants to add even more game changing companies to the mix.

The locally-owned building offers a premier downtown location, recent renovations unveiling a stunning lobby, extensive underground and street parking with valet, proximity to light rail and bike sharing, and ground-level amenities like coffee shops and restaurants.

The ownership, which includes Ironline Partners, of 111 W. Monroe is delivering a best in class, amenity rich property with five star customer service, at competitive pricing.
