Hey ya Gorgeous!
As you know-this weekend is about to get cray cray in Los Angeles for the Ipsy sponsored #GenerationBeauty event!
What's making the journey with me is a wee bit of lavender essential oil.
Why?
Because the stress of the travel, the schedule and the traffic! Did I mention the traffic? In Los Angeles, the gps says I need to go 5 miles and it will take 48 minutes! At home in Arizona, if I had to go five miles it would take five minutes! Seriously!
So I'm taking the lavender oil (have you tried Young Living lavender oil?) to help me get some good rest to be ready for the early mornings, long days and late nights!
Researchers found that lavender increased slow-wave sleep, the very deep slumber in which the heartbeat slows and muscles relax. During this phase, the brain is thought to organize memory, as well.
What to Use Pure lavender essential oil. Sprinkle a few drops on a piece of tissue and tuck it under your pillow, or use an aromatherapy diffuser.
Here are some other uses and ways to use lavender oil! Pick one that is best for you and then get some Young Living lavender here)
