The new Smashbox Liquid Halo HD foundation has a spf of 15. A texture somewhere between lotion and cream and applies smoothly. I did have the Smashbox green primer on before I applied.
Starting at center of face, apply Liquid Halo HD Foundation and build to desired coverage.
In this photo I am wearing one thin coat of the foundation and the coverage is buildable, so if you want a lil bit more, let the first coat set on the skin and then apply a second. I have applied using my fingers, a sponge and my foundation brush. It's $42 for the 1 ounch jar.

Make lips even more luscious by changing their shape. Subtly round out your upper lip around the cup...$20 per tube
