Ladies and gentleman, one of the best things you can do for yourself, your health and any fitness goals this year is to have an apple on you at all times. Ladies, if you look in my purse on any given day, there is an apple rolling around in there somewhere. Why? Because it gives energy, fiber for fullness and pectin for thyroid ravaged hair! Get an apple!
I finished reading Tools of Titans by Tim Ferris and loved nearly every page! I'm working my way back through the book a study tool. So for leisure reading I have moved onto this gem as a re-read from a few years back and it's called Living Forward. available on Amazon by Michael Hyatt and Danial Harkavy. Love it!
For those of you who want to maximize the efforts needed to succeed, this is a good book!
