Here in Arizona, it's officially monsoon season here. Meaning, we have all the heat of our normal Arizona summer plus more humidity than East Texas and Florida combined! Holy pimple factory!

Stephen King wrote this first episode, and has a cameo, so tonight's Nielsen ratings are already stacked in the show's favor.

Let's take a look back at what happened when my 2014 Generation Beauty trip to Los Angeles took a detour to Death Valley and then San Diego and Carlsbad.

These products were included in my YouTube Space LA gift bag-and I'm glad for it! I'm a fan of Pix! Beauty and I've seen Josie Maran products but have not had a chance to try til now!

Quick update to the journey that started with a trip to Los Angeles for the Generation Beauty 2014 mixer at YouTube Space LA. That's where I got the sample of the LUSH handmade cosmetics Zeste hair gelly.

But before I could get to LA Live the following day I had to hustle off to Death Valley CA. Long story.

Here is the Mancub as we are getting ready to leave for San Diego. The photo is a bit blurry because getting him to hold still-let alone, to hold still while wearing and holding a product for me.

Consider this a miracle.

Now back to LUSH!

The Memorial Day weekend has passed and I am on the move in my travels from the Generation Beauty event in Los Angeles, to Death Valley and now on to San Diego for a fishing trip.

I had packed the new Too Faced Rock n Roll palette in Candy with me for Generation Beauty events. Oops, Those plans changed real quick.
So now, here I am in Death Valley with my new Too Faced Rock n Roll palette for some serious geological exploration!

The palette is an Ulta exclusive and will retail for $36.00 -I have heard some rumblings that the palette was supposed to be in stores by now but has a new launch date of June 30, 2014.
