The Friday party at the Ipsy Studios in Santa Monica was the launch for Ipsy Open Studio.

Phan’s new Ipsy Open Studios will provide beauty entrepreneurs with free access to studio space, digital tools and advice from Phan and her team.

YouTube’s most successful makeup guru has launched a free program that she hopes will help other entrepreneurs to follow her path.
