I Heart Radio Music Awards coming in May: did you vote for your favorite?

Well hello there Gorgeous,
Has your year been as busy crazy hectic as mine? Wow, hard to believe we are days away from April and then it's one slick and short slide into May birthday month and summer vacation. Phew!

So, heads up with this blog post to let you know of the first ever I Heart Radio Music Awards being held in Los Angeles in May.

Are you going? I just might...but my schedule is already pretty full. We shall see. In the meantime, have you tried Murad Acne Clearing Solution?

I ask because whenever I travel to humid locations or smoggy cities (sorry Los Angeles, but it's true!) my skin that never breaks out, does just that. Breaks out.

So I travel with my fave pimple clearer upper, Murad  0.5% salicylic acid acne treatment.

You can get it online at Murad.com, or Ulta and it's worth every penny. Why? Because a lil bit goes a long way, does not make the skin dry and flaky, and works quickly! $39.00 -get some and get travelin'!

Now, here's a wee bit more about the first ever I Heart Radio Music Awards. You may be wondering why I am so interested in this show, like, it's just one more award show right?

No, not really. The music festival started in 2011 and was how radio went from am/fm to app based and on the go for mobile devices. We literally have watched a genre and technology that started in 1895 shift into the current century and thrive. I think I Heart Radio Festival saved radio and musicians from obscurity.

Personal opinion though. Here is what Wiki says:

" In 1895, a young Italian named Gugliemo Marconi invented what he called “the wireless telegraph” while experimenting in his parents' attic. He used radio waves to transmit Morse code and the instrument he used became known as the radio

The first-ever iHeartRadio Music Awards, which will air live from the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles May 1 on NBC, also recognizes Best Fan Army. Lady Gaga's “Little Monsters” are up against the “Rihanna Navy,” Taylor Swift's “Swifties,” and other armies who worship artists including Demi Lovato, Austin Mahone and Ariana Grande.

The award show will recognize the most popular artists and music from the past 12 months, as determined by iHeartRadio listeners. Fans cast more than 13.2 million votes through social media #Hashtags to narrow category finalists down from the 10 nominees that originally made the cut based on the iHeartRadio Chart.
