What Is the Fall Lip Look - Look Like? Labor Day Weekend Lippies and Beyond

September 1st! The Fall season doesn't officially start on the calendar until September 22 though when would now be a great time to get started with transitioning into Fall tones and colors in your makeup and wardrobe!

The style forecast for makeup going into this season shows graphic liner lips, and bejeweled eyes and stain blended lips. I cry foul on all that business. In my opinion I feel like it is not practical for my everyday Mom and work life. 

Though I do love the vinyl lip look and it takes me way way back to the Chanel Vamp lipstick days! 

 Going into Fall 2022 vinyl lips is it!

Right now on Amazon there is Maybelline Super Stay Vinyl Ink Liquid Lipstick which is a $10 and under lippie for you to get now for Fall looks. I ordered mine and will update when it gets here!

MET GALA - Who Wore What

Hi ya Gorgeous,
Happy Monday.
Today is the MET Gala in New York and I've known of it, seen some of it before though I must admit. This year? I'm a tad more interested because Ocean's 8 was free on Prime and I watched it. No, not the original, the remake of the remake with all women and the story is told with all women.

The movie is centered around the MET Gala so I wanted to see what happened last night.

Whoa. Like her or not - Kim Kardashian West stole  the show - more so than Lady Gaga in my opinion because Manfred Thierry Mugler came out of retirement to dress her and the dress inspired by Gina Lolobrigida is amazing.

 Lady Gaga did a beautiful 4 part fashion show on the pink carpet and her makeup is on point! But! I still think, the best was Kim's dress!

Where as I think the best dress design was Manfred Theirry Mugler with Kim Kardashian West , my second runner up goes to Zendaya in a gorgeous color changing Cinderella ball gown! Wow - the feels!

So, dish - would you like to go to the MET Gala? If yes, who do you want to dress you and what type of costume would you want?



I think I would go and I definitely want the biggest, fluffied dress possible!

So did you watch the Golden Globes last night? Or maybe the People's Choice awards last week? Guess what, if that wasn't award show enough for you, the Oscars are coming.

I watched a little bit of last night's show but to me it seemed a little bit slow and a bit boring. I was surprised at how many of the celebrities cussed on stage and had to be bleep censored out.
