Happy Monday! Oh, how I love Monday. Well, most Mondays. School is back and I'm gone to the Cosmoprof show in Las Vegas. I'll be sharing the finds when I get back!
Now speaking of finds, this set of masks from Robin Mcgraw - the wife of Dr. Phil from television, has been a quiet strength behind her husband for a long time - but now - she is shining in her own line of skincare, positive encouragement for women, fragrance and these masks!
I just received some samples from the line. In general, I love at home skin care and spa treatments. I regularly use sheet masks and was in no way prepared for how awesome these are! They truly are different and a step up from a regular sheet mask with the bio cellulose fibers that make up the mask that holds the serums. Whoa.
I started with the Robin McGraw Revelation masks for fine lines and wrinkles that includes peach blossom stem cells. The mask it self is a thick, pulpy, gelly, cool serum soaked mask that applies easily to the face. There is NOT a neck piece which I wish there were. In my experience, because of the thick gel texture it "sucks" on to the face. Most sheet masks that I wear, I need to be laying down or in a reclined position - but not this mask! It stays on the face even when upright so if you need to answer emails or do the dishes while wearing this - go ahead!
I also have samples of the brightening and spot lightening mask with ice plant stem cells as well as the hydrating firming face mask with orchid stem cells. I'll be testing those out when I get home from Cosmoprof because the travel, high desert, and casino smoke tends to take a toll on my skin!

With the launch of When Georgia Smiled: The Robin McGraw Revelation
Foundation in October 2013, Robin set out to enact real change by
creating and advancing programs that help women, children, and men
escape domestic violence and sexual assault. In its first year, Robin
created the Aspire Initiative, a free curriculum aiming to reduce the
level of intimate relationship violence in the U.S. and instill the
importance of bystander responsibility. Today, it is taught in schools
across the country. Robin also launched the Aspire News app, a free,
virtual life-saving smartphone app which is disguised as a current news
app but allows users to easily alert selected contacts if they are in
danger with a pre-typed or pre-recorded message. It was recognized on
Capitol Hill by the National Health Collaborative on Violence and Abuse
