I've been testing a new eye creme from Pharmagel called Eye Prote. (note: I can't find the accent mark on my keyboard, though there should be one at the e on Prote so it's pronounced Prot-ay)
The fragile collagen fibers surrounding the eye are vulnerable to poor circulation, wrinkles and fatigue. Eye Porte is formulated to stimulate and tone the surrounding eye area tissue. This special eye crème elixir contains Perfluorodecalin, a clinically proven highly activated oxygen booster used in eye surgery to stimulate rapid tissue repair. Eye Prote stimulates circulation and smoothes fine lines for a more youthful, lifted appearance. So in short, my experience has been very good. It's light, hydrating and absorbs quickly into the skin. I have found it online for great prices at Amazon and at Overstock.
