Is Pineapple an Anti-Inflammatory Food?

HI ya Gorgeous, 

Here's the thing - I'm slowly - ever so slowly switching and adding the anti-inflammatory foods into a regular meal plan to stick to as an anti-inflammatory diet. 

 

I did follow the week menu that I found here on YouTube. It was good - but - personally, too much food prep to fit into my busy schedule. It's a work in progress for me.

 I am adding in more fresh pineapple because I love this fruit and it has more benefits than you can shake a stick at! 

Such as: 

1. Bromelain - boom. Case of goodness closed! 

2. Anti-oxidant benefit 

3. Digestion benefit 

4. Anti-inflammatory benefit 

5. Makes an amazing cocktail!

Fanola- No Orange Test - How to tone brassy orange box color results to be less in between colory

HI ya Gorgeous! 

Welcome to MakeupUniversity and today's experiment on myself. 

I've been slowly, gently working the pandemic box of brown ordered off of Amazon out of my hair. That box of medium brown really looks light black on me. 

 

I've been to the salon for professional highlights to begin the process. Now I'm using a lightening kit at home - again - ordered off of Amazon. I am liking the L'Oreal kit process and look. 

Yet! 

My old box brown has lightened to that weird orange tone. Even with using the purple conditioner - I need to tone this brass down. Enter Fanolo. I found the product though a google search for "how to tone brassy hair at home".

This video demonstrates me using it for the first time on DRY hair. Then I washed a second time with the Fanola shampoo in the shower.

2022 Stock Market - How To Start

2022! I did it! I set a goal. Then, I did it. 

 

I dids the thing. I used the single mom prayer journal I  created for myself, and for you and set a big outrageous goal, and then walked out the steps and did it!

I have never invested in the stock market until now. 

Set up an account to trade. 

Bought some stocks, bought an itty bitty bit of coin. 

Read a book on trading.

 Joined an investor group. 

It's only the third week of January.

How To Use TUKUOS Dry Brush/Wet Brush for Healthy Holiday Season

I have a helpful healthy hint for you today! Personally, I have A LOT of stress right now. If it's not one thing - it's another. 

 

It's 4th quarter and the busy retail season online. It's so many things. If you, like me, have been feeling some high blood pressure symptoms such as the head ache that won't go away, the sound of blood rushing in your ears, and anxiety is turned up to 11 - try some fresh grapefruit juice. 

 

 

From the webmd: Studies have shown that eating grapefruit every day can lower systolic blood pressure by as much as five points. 

 

This may be due to grapefruit's high levels of potassium, which neutralize the negative effects of sodium (a common cause of hypertension). Walmart multi-mask pack Christmas stocking stuffer follow up video

Just a quick heads up to follow up on this product that I made a video on a week ago.

I was SO excited to find single packet masks in a variety pack for such a good price, $2.70 at Walmart. I was thinking this would be so perfect for the skincare and beauty lover to get as a gift in their Christmas stocking!

Well, possibly it would be. BUT - you have to know - 6 of the masks are wash off gel masks and only 1 is a peel off mask. Is the quality good? Yes. Is the variety good? No. I was expecting a 2 peel offs, 2 clay and then 3 gel.

I still think it's a good value as a small gift for the beauty lover in your circle of friends and family. I wanted to come back on and let you know that if you are looking for variety - this is not it.
