What my Easter weekend mani/pedi looked like with Sally Hansen complete salon manicure

Hello Beautiful!
The Easter weekend was so full of fun and adventure. Albeit chilly weather, we still made it out to the beach and the Legoland waterpark for some fun. My son played in the heated water at Legoland and I touched up my manicure.

The lifeguard at Legoland said what all moms say to their wrinkly children who will not get out of the water: "Aren't you cold?" and to that my son said "No" and went down the water slide again.

Good times were had by all and again, I am loving the Sally Hansen complete salon manicure nail polish. This weekend I was wearing purple and gold for Resurrection Sunday services. I recommend for the gals going to prom or the ladies getting married-try this polish because it's just about $5 at mass retailers like Walmart and it wears in one stroke like a top coat/polish/base coat.  Plus it lasts and lasts!

If you plan on doing your own hair, consider getting this new John Frieda ion ceramic 1" barrel curling iron, it's actually called a 'tight curls' curling iron.

I have tested it and liked the non-slip thumb grip, it got really hot, really fast, has a digital reader for telling the temperature, can be increased in heat or decreased by a click of a button and best of all it comes with a hot pad so you don't burn your counter.
I enjoyed and it's super affordable at Walmart and Target for just over $20.

P.S. My secret for how to get the tiara to stay on without sewing it into your hair with fishing line is to get thin elastic in the color of your hair and either tie a knot or sew it onto the circles with just enough room to make it taught on your head. So your tiara is now like a head band and can be easily re-used or adjusted if it shifts during wild krunk like prom dancing.

Hello-today is one of my most favorite days of the year. Today is Easter!
The celebration is about Jesus Christ being risen from the dead. He conquered the cross for me and you.
I love it!
Today, I'm at church, and brunch, and egg hunts and in general celebrating with my family and having fun
because I can. I'm saved by the grace of God!
He is so good! If you don't know Jesus, it's time to get to know Him because you are worth it! You know how I know? Because over 2000 years ago, Jesus thought you were worth it and went to the cross and died for you and your sins. That's why.
