Today's daily beauty bit is about fragrance! I love fragrance, especially really strong florals from Europe!
My favorites are Chanel No.5 and Dior J'Adore...I do have a new love in the Avon 007 Bond Girl fragrance! It's not too late to purchase at the discount and get the free movie ticket!
When it comes to fragrance, it is the ultimate accessory. Remember to layer the scent, whether you are using a fragrance line from the department store or scented soaps and lotions from the drugstore.
The best layering is using the body wash, then the lotion, and finish with a spray of the fragrance on your pulse points. Your own body temperature can keep the scent fresh and fragrant because of your blood flow.
If you haven't tried a fragrance in a while, stop by Sephora for an inch. What's an inch? It's the little vial of fragrance given out as a sample.
Remember to try on dry skin, don't immediately smell it, give the fragrance a moment to dry down, and then smell. Check the scent of the new fragrance you have tried in 5 minutes, then in 20. The layers and notes of the perfume will dry down to different tones.
I highly recommend a fragrance for big occassions in your life. Nothing will trigger a memory from your wedding like having a signature wedding day fragrance. Or, maybe the start of a new career and job position? What about for a young man who is starting a new sport team? In my opinion, everyone needs fragrance to mark the moments in their life. A new baby fragrance is a great gift idea for a mom to be!
