Today, just a quick note to remind you that real beauty is looking like yourself, exactly the way you are. You are fearfully and wonderfully made!
Reality tv stars wear just as much makeup as the other tv show actors and movie actors. So, even when we watch tv and see "reality" shows, they are still made up for the camera so it's not a measure of real beauty.
I encourage you to love the skin that you are in, take care of it, and sure, put some makeup on; just enhance the beauty that you have and not try to look like the airbrushed photoshopped picture in a magazine.
