The best times to buy makeup, to sample, test and try on at the makeup counter is on a weekday in the morning when the sales people have time to clean and there are less fingers stirring the pot.
Today would be a good day to shop for fragrance, pick up the "inch" samples of fragrance and have a squirt of body lotion.
If you are going from a busy day of shopping, to an evening out or late lunch with friends, simply add some more eyeliner, and darker lipgloss to go from a day time shopping face to an event out party face.
