Hi ya Gorgeous!
If you haven't seen today's video on the Makeup University channel for "Love it or Leave it" you need too!
Sideways thought: last night was the Mtv VMA's (video music awards) and it was such a non-thing, like - for me, nothing stood out as wow enough to write or create a look video about.
It was nice that Brittney Spears came back to perform after 10 years, and I have a press post coming up for that, but that's about it for me.
Curious, what about you? Any thoughts on the MTV VMA's?
So next up is a more in depth review of the Biore Baking Soda Cleansing Scrub.
You can find it at Ulta Beauty, Amazon and Walmart for about $10. It's 4.5 ounces and a little bit goes a long way. I find that on me, it doesn't rinse very well, like my face feels a bit slimy and someone else could interpret that feeling as being "smooth" or soft.
I think my biggest hang up on this product is that it's baking soda, silica to make it slippery and menthol to add a tingle to the wash which can mimic a "clean" feeling.
I'm a fan of the Biore brand, I think that this just isn't a favorite for me. You could get just as good an exfoliation treatment and cleansing of the skin using plain baking soda and a plain washcloth it just wouldn't be foamy.
It's worth a try if you have a coupon or find it on sale or you like gimmicky skincare.
