Vlogmas | GRWM & Jane Iredale "Come Fly With Me" color story

How are you? How is your process through the tradition and busyness of the season? Mine is going good though I can already say that I feel like there is not enough time or days!

That being said, say hello to the fourth day of Vlogmas for MakeupUniversity. A few weeks ago I received a lovely gift box full of samples from a fave healthy beauty line, Jane Iredale. It included the winter color story "Come Fly With Me" - and Queen Bee and brushes and lippies and all things beauty nummies!

The Aeronauts & Jane Iredale "Come Fly With Me" Holiday Color Story

Hello Thanksgiving week! I'm so thankful for you!

Special thanks go to Amazon Studios for the lovely party and screening of The Aeronauts film, in theaters on December 6 and on Amazon Prime December 20th. Special thanks again to Jane Iredale for the makeup samples of the new Come Fly With Me holiday color story.

I also received several brushes, eye shadow primer, blush and mascara along with the lippies and palette. All or any of these goodies can take you from day time work makeup to night time date or cocktail party. Stay tuned for a collab with these - and no, it's not Jefferee or Shane.

Overall impression, I love the lip glosses and liners. The spice liner reminds me of MAC spice liner from the 80's! I really like the palette and the shadows wear well and using them wet makes for a great long lasting liner. The brown and black colors have a hint of sparkle to them making it perfect for your holiday party look or New Year's eve makeup.

Friday Sneak Peek - New Jane Iredale "Come Fly With Me" for Holiday Makeup Looks

Is it the weekend yet?
I'm so ready for the weekend to hurry up and move on so the Thanksgiving week vacation can start!
Boom! I said it!

Now, take a lil look at the photo - that is a wee smackering of the goodies that Jane Iredale sent. To which I say thank you very much! These holiday makeups; lip liners, lip glosses, mascara, brow pencil, eye shadow palette and blush are going to be my go to looks for Thanksgiving and family photos.

To start, the packaging is a beautiful gold with royal purple and green in the boxes.  There are several brushes included and I can hardly wait to get my face clean and start playing with these! Stay tuned next week for the full video review on YouTube!

The Royal Wedding - Meghan Markle Duchess of Sussex bridal makeup look

Happy Saturday! There is so much going on today - it's the royal wedding of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle. The Queen of England gave them both a new title, Duke and Duchess of Sussex. The wedding was so beautiful and officiated by Reverend Michael Curry. He nearly stole the show with his powerful message of "love is the way"!

As Meghan Markle approached her soon husband to be, Prince Harry whispered to her, "you look amazing, I'm so lucky"!  That is the stuff dreams are made of!

Look anywhere on the internet today and you will see something about today's history making event, a marriage between England and the United States.

On top of the royal wedding this weekend, counting the omer between Passover and Pentecost is now down to the final day. Hallelujah! Let the new season commence!

Today is also, my dog's birthday! Beatrix turns 4!
