Hello Thanksgiving week! I'm so thankful for you!

Overall impression, I love the lip glosses and liners. The spice liner reminds me of MAC spice liner from the 80's! I really like the palette and the shadows wear well and using them wet makes for a great long lasting liner. The brown and black colors have a hint of sparkle to them making it perfect for your holiday party look or New Year's eve makeup.

Dove exfoliating body polish - available now - perfect for Mother's Day gift giving

Woo hoo! School is out for the summer! It's so exciting! Adventure awaits us and we are ready to peel out of here tires squealin' and everything!
Well, sort of.  But first, my birthday celebrations and some Mother's Day gift ideas you can pick up quick at a Walmart or Walgreen's near you!

 Meet Dove exfoliating body polishes! There are 3 scents to choose from and the price range is about $6.  If you have not picked up a gift for your Mom this weekend, this could be a great fit!

 Each of these scents have a creamy slurry of body wash and a fine grit of exfoliant in them.

 After testing all three, I find that the blue tub of "crushed macadamia and rice milk" is the one I like the best with the pomegranate seeds and shea butter being my second favorite. My son loves the kiwi seeds and cool aloe.

 When shopping for these at a Walmart of Walgreen's, pick up a matching body bar, body wash and lotion to match the scrub!

You can use this up to 3-4 times per week and consider keeping a tub of Dove exfoliating body polish by the sink so you can regularly exfoliate your hands! It's a neglected area of anti-aging skin care routines!  Take the same anti-aging skin care on your hands as you do on your face and neck!

I personally tested the Oil control moisturizer (thank goodness because the current heat level is still causing maximum sweat!), the Buriti treatment serum and the nighttime rejuvenation treatment oil.
I used my own cleanser and toner ( a botanical based line I won’t mention) and the since it was night , I put on one pump of the Buriti treatment which was very smooth, had nice texture and went on in a soft sweep with a light fragrance. It quickly absorbed in to my skin.
Next I applied two drops of the Nighttime rejuvenation treatment oil with concentrated Buriti and rail Nut oils with extract of /tiger Nut to enhance resilience. Well, I can use all the resilience I can get!
Don’t be afraid of applying oil to your face. If its baby oil, you should be terrified, but if it’s natural organic nut oil, you are safe to experience the nourishment oil can give over a crème.
I liked the nighttime oil so much in the morning I put a layer on my sunburned chest and it was awesome!
In the morning I re-applied the Buriti treatment serum and then layered on the Hydrating oil control moisturizer.
I’m pleased to say that after three days of experiencing the Alba Botanica Rainforest line, I like it. I see a good plumpness to my skin and smoothness to its texture.
