So I have been on a "no heat" hair care for the past two months and have only used the hair dryer twice and tested my mini straightener from Bed Head twice to be able to write on it.
I have to say that using a supplement to help grow and strengthen my hair has been really helpful. I'm noticing new tufts of hair growing along my hairline and the over all shaft of the hair is in better condition.
