Amazon Advent Calendars 2022 | Order Now and Be Ready to Celebrate

Hi ya Gorgeous,

So, supply chain, schmupply chain. I say, with some advanced planning now you can have the Christmas items that you want for your family. I like to err on the side of caution and planning and though I normally wait for the Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales to get my gifts. Not this year. I'm doing all of the shopping now. Including the traditional advent calendars!

My family  opens an advent calendar every year. We have done the LEGO advent calendar in LEGO City and LEGO Star Wars for the past 12 years. That's a lot of LEGO.  Then I started getting a beauty advent calendar for myself. Because, why not!

Though I have always wanted the boozy advent calendars where you open a glass of wine a day or a vodka a day or something. I have never got one! Until this year...I'm making my list and checking it twice for 2022 and planning the LEGO advent for my son and I will be doing a beauty advent and you bet yer bippy I'll get the boozy one too! Double the fun and celebrations are on the calendar for this Christmas!

Here's some cool options I found on Amazon that you  can order now and have plenty of time to receive and be ready for December 1st!

1. L'Occitane https://amzn.to/3dHd11b

2. LEGO advent https://amzn.to/3wen3wV  (*You pick Star Wars, City, or Marvel!)

3. Rituals candles, diffuser, self care advent https://amzn.to/3QQiLnl

4. NYX beauty advent https://amzn.to/3K4sVP3

Would You Like Some DiY Beauty Gift Inspiration?

Hi ya Gorgeous,
Woo hoo - how is your Cyber Monday going? Mine was doin' pretty darn good until that moment when I have  been watching Amazon ALL morning long. Just waiting for the LEGO Apollo Saturn V kit to go on sale. It did. In the seconds it took for me to click put into cart someone else bought it.

So, maybe there was one?  One in all of internet land? Really? I will still buy it, but I doubt I will get it for $78 and it's normally about $119. Rawr! So mad.

But I digress. Overall the Thanksgiving holiday weekend was wonderful! Cheers to yours being so as well!

Topganics Baobab shampoo and conditioner with oil treatment

Holla back Beauty!
Woot! It's Tuesday. I can hardly believe the month is more than half over. Darn it. That makes me feel so old!
Onto today's beauty product review: meet Topganic Baobab Oil shampoo, conditioner and oil treatment.
I am loving the scent and texture, and finally, this line of the Topganic products has enough moisture for my dry and curly hair.

Luxurious shampoo and matching conditioner are enriched with Baobab oil, Vitamin A, Vitamin E, Natural essences and Dead Sea Minerals. Our shampoo gently cleanses your hair while maintaining its natural moisture level. Nourishes the hair roots. Leaves your hair soft, healthy and shiny. Wonderfully fragranced.

On the Topganic website, each bottle is $9.00.

This is the real gem, the Topganic Baobab Oil conditioning oil treatment. I'm so mad my bottle fell over in my "blog box" of products to write on and half of it is gone! That's like losing liquid gold.

This bottle is $13.00.
Infused with authentic natural oils and pure extracts. Provides the natural answer to help protect, nourish and maintain a healthy and shiny head of hair. Baobab oil is rich in natural vitamins A, D, E and F, with superb moisturizing benefits. This golden oil also helps to improve the elasticity of the hair, which reduces breakage and splitting hair. The hair follicles smoothing properties of Baobab makes it easier to style for a beautiful, healthy look.

I love the scent and feel and have put this oil on my hair and dry skin. It has a luxurious feel to it!

I'm a big fan of the Topganic brand and their commitment to healthy and natural beauty products. If you are looking for a new brand to try, get Topganic!

P.S. As you can see, my son has been helping with the photos and working his Lego creations in too!

emerginC Scientific Organics: body butter for prepping skin for boot season!

Hello Gorgeous!
Today, the New York Fashion Week officially begins. I'm not attending this year, I'm homeshcooling and then some!

I know that in other parts of the United States, Fall weather and cooler temperatures are beginning.
Nope.
Not here.
Not Arizona.
We are still in our low 100's, to high 90's.

I am dreaming of boot weather! Time to take the pedicure off and prepare my feet for boots! Oh glorious boots!

I want this particular pair, the quilted riding boot, really, really bad! Size 7.5 please! Thank you!

Ok, so how do you get your dry spots ready for cool weather so they don't get dried out and crusty?
Simple, try emerginC Scientific Organics grape stem cell, white tea + seaweed body butter!

I have a sample of this for the blog, and possible a ride on the Millenium Falcon if I play my cards right.

What you need to know: 100% natural with a minimum of 70% organic ingredients. It has a light, citrusy scent and combats rough skin and unevern skin tone with aloe, and shea butter with grape stem cells.

There is so much goodness in this tube! Get some!

The brand emerginC scientific organic products practices a "buy one plant one policy". For every product of theirs you buy, they plan a tree!
I love that!  Learn more about the brand on their website here.

2013 Phoenix Comicon: Greedo, Star Wars, LEGO, Minecraft and more

Hello Gorgeous,
It's been a long and great day at the  2013 Phoenix Comicon. I had a sidekick with me today as my son joined me at the last minute.

He was such a help because he recognized more character's and knew their names better than I did!

Minecraft took center stage and nearly every young boy was wearing a Creeper or Steve box head.

In between panels, interviews and photo ops, we found some amazing costumes! This one is particularly my favorite and my Sidekick was pretty impressed too. The photo doesn't do it justice-there is so much detail to this little Boba Fett!

We did spend a significant amount of our time in the Star Wars and LEGO area of the convention floor. We met Greedo in the Cantina area of Tattooine. I swear we are going dressed in costumes next year!

It was a long and very full day and I'll have the interviews coming out in the next day or so with some amazing comic book artists and authors.

What has kept me going all day long and photo op ready? BioBliss anti-wrinkle system. It's a simple 4 step program of Clean, Scrub, Lock It In Serum and Hydrate.
