The daily beauty bit is for you today: even if you don't color hair because you don't want the roots, or the expense or the whatever...using a demi or semi permanent color can actually give fullness and shine to hair.
Consider getting a box of something ( remember Feria won out hands down as the best at home product, and yes, coupons are available in the sunday paper or from their website) the same shade as what you are normally and try it.
If it's the same shade/tone as your natural hair and you are going up a level or down a level, the results should be shiny, full hair that has body without gel and blow drying.
