You know, I just can't say enough about the benefits of masking at home. Not as a treat to yourself but as a committed ritual that you do once a week, minimum!
Select a product from the drugstore, or your med spa: either way do something!
Intense moisture, or simple clay masks or my favorite: glycolic acid mini peels and papaya enzyme masks.
I'm a big fan of Arbonne Thermal Fusion mask too! It used to be super strong but now it's combined form with a wee touch of grit is less intense in burning and redness but just as effective in skin retexturizing.
If you start today masking your skin at least once a week, you can improve the appearance and texture of your skin in as little as a month.
You'll be glad you did!
See you at a workshop!
