Ok, I'm going to have to personally research and try some of the brands that are mentioned in today's beauty bubble because I am an acid facial lover and if it is gritty, it's for me!
Alas, I am out of my 10% glycolic toner f rom Dermalogica. Did it burn? Sure. It also gave great skin clarity and results!

So more on those at home facial peels as they come in...

Now, on to the Flextastic. I understand that the foot is a map of the body. So what happens when you spread your toes? In me? It feels likes something pulls then loosens between my shoulder blades. Look, I'm not the expert just the guinnea pig and that's my honest results. I do like their cool blue squishy feel between my un-pedi'd toes. In honor of this experiement I have removed my toe polish.

Finally, in the Arizona winter you may be experiencing extremely dry skin even though you drink alot of water and use good petroleum free body lotion. So what are you to do? Try a store brand body oil, either Neutrogena or Palmer's. After you shower and lightly dry yourself, rub a good amount in until your skin is glisteny and let it set for a bit. Use this time to add leave in conditioner to your hair, apply some facial serums or brush your teeth. Whatever you do, don't rush the process of allowing your body oil to soak in before getting dressed. If you don't allow soak in time the oil will just end up on the inside of your clothing.

Enjoy the beauty bubble and go slather up.
