Maverick Internationals, 50 ft waves and Philip Kingsley Swimcap

Hey ya Gorgeous!
There is something unique going on with our weather worldwide. Extreme cold causing a polar vortex in the East, unseasonably warm weather in the West and extremely big waves from Hawaii to California.

Just in time for the Maverick Internationals Surf competition in Half Moon Bay, California. This photo is of Colin Dwyer navigating a large wave at Maverick. Notice the wee patch of rainbow in the top right corner of the photo? I think that's God smiling on the competition. (*photo courtesy of Mercury News)

So with all that surf and sun, how should a professional surfer take care of their hair to protect it? Try Philip Kinglsey Swimcap. It's a leave in conditioner that is rich and emollient that you leave in the hair while you play in the surf like Alana Blanchard.

Originally developed by Philip Kingsley at the request of the first US Olympic Synchronized Swimming Team, Swimcap’s formula is both a summer saviour and a must-have for swimmers.

Swimcap deeply conditions your hair as you wear it, leaving it in better condition than before. For use on wet hair.

Containing UV protection, Swimcap cream protects against the damaging effects of the sun which leads to hair breakage and colour fading, making it a holiday essential for healthy, beautiful hair. It also protects against the drying and damaging effects of both chlorinated and salt water, as well as discoloration from swimming pool water. Just $32.00 and a lil dab will do ya!  Visit the Philip Kingsley website to order.

This is Alana Blanchard-with hair that beautiful, I bet she is using Swimcap!
