Passover and Easter are coming. That means you need to get your wine now! I just met wine maker Jim Neal who has created the Chateau Big Top 2011 wine has done a great job making something delicious and affordable!
This lovely table wine is $6.99 a bottle and available at Costco. Or at least, that is where I found mine.
It's a fruity, full bodied, delicious wine to pair with meats and pastas or blog writing.
Get some while you can and buy it by the case when you find it because you know how the warehouse stores are: something could be there today and gone tomorrow! Bon apetit!
