Here is a short video 'how to' tutorial on using the new Milani eyeshadow palette. It's so much fun! The colors can be blended-used wet, dry, alone on bare skin or mixed with a primer. I mixed with both a clear primer and a pearlized primer to create different textures and effects. So, if I can, you can! Enjoy the video!
