Hello Gorgeous and Happy St. Patrick's Day! Who is at the Ferryman's Pub?

For those of us are not, here is a short video demonstrating the Karma Chow Cook Book with Melissa Costello, the personal chef to P90X creator Tony Horton.

I love this cook book! The photos are beautiful and the the food is amazing. One thing to note-you like m see, may need to add some new staples to your pantry. At first, it may seem like you are buying a lot of extras but actually you are acquiring a new set of  "go to" items for your everyday cooking. It is worth it!

Melissa Costello, founder of Karma Chow has always had a passion for healthy, delicious food and nutrition. As a child, Melissa would spend hours in the kitchen with her Italian father making homemade tomato sauce and pasta.  When she became a vegetarian at age 19 she began experimenting with healthier versions of everyday recipes, which led her to her passion for vegetarian cooking. Her collection of simple yet delicious vegetarian and vegan dishes and desserts, has become popular among many top names in the film & music industry.

As a Nutritional Educator and Wellness Coach (NHI & Spencer Institute), Melissa works one on one with clients teaching them how to live a happier, healthier life through a plant-based, whole foods diet. She is the creator of The Vital Life 30-Day Food Based Cleanse, which has become popular among celebs in Hollywood as well as hundreds worldwide.
